Celine Dion sells home for $30M

Celine Dion is looking to sell and sell quickly -- she's slashed the asking price on her resort-like home on Jupiter Island, Florida ... to $45.5 million!

Yeah, ya still gotta break the bank to buy it, but the price is now a whopping $30 million less than Celine's original price when she first put it on the market in 2013 ... shortly after her husband, Rene Angelil, was diagnosed with cancer.


We're told Celine and Rene discussed unloading the home before his death ... and she's now planning to live full-time in Las Vegas to do her Caesars Palace show, and because her kids are comfortable there.

The 5.5 acre Florida estate has 3 pools -- one with a fire pit in the middle of it, and another with a water park and lazy river.

The home itself is 10,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, but there are also 2 guest houses (4 bedrooms each) ... as well as a tennis court and a simulated golf range.

Just last month, Celine also sold her home in Quebec ... for $25.5 million.
