Reggae Musician Osagyefo Says Ghanaians have the Right to Smoke Marijuana hence it should be legalized
Ghanaian Reggae Musician Osagyefo has expressed bitter feeling regarding the treatment given to people who are caught Smoking Marijuana. He pointed out that though its banned from Ghana, he believes it's about time Ghanaians are allowed to Patronize it since it can do a lot of things.
He also pointed out that People have their rights hence, should not be ill treated when caught with marijuana. Do you agree with Osagyefo's assession?
