Tyga is proving unable to afford the $10 million mansion he'd planned to get close to his beloved rich girlfriend, Kylie Jenner,  her mother Kris and sister Kim; despite buying her a $320,000 Ferrari as birthday gift in August.

New reports claim the rapper is having serious problems with his latest purchase as he is reported to be unable to close the deal on the property since moving out of Kylie's $2.3 million mansion last week.The 'Rack City' hit-maker, 26, has put an offer down on the lavish 8 bedroom property, but has stalled multiple times on completing the deal for the pad in Calabasas due to financial reasons.
