OMG ! Accra Floods Again

Last night, around 12 am, the rain started pouring and as usual, certain areas known to be flood prone, were not left out.

The question remains the same, when will this stop? What is the cause of this problem that nobody seems to have found a solution to it. Several structures which were fingered as the cause of the floods have been demolished but the problem still persists?
