Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has revealed he has parted ways with longtime girlfriend, Martha Dominguez.
Courtois, 24, has been dating Martha, 27, since his time at Atletico Madrid in Spain and she's even the mother of his first child, but the goalkeeper, who's been linked with a move to Real Madrid has revealed he has broken up with Marta even though she is heavily pregnant for him
