One person in the Ashanti region has been arrested for leading a group to put posters on walls bearing the inscription "Who Killed Atta Mills ?". This act is believed to have taken place close to the grounds where the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is to launch their campaign dubbed "Operation One Million Votes in Ashanti Region"
