Italy's Supreme Court has laid down the law and declared fondling yourself in the street is not a crime.They decreed the “act is not included in the law as a crime".The decision overruled the sentence of a 69-year-old man who faced jail for public masturbation. He was dragged before the court "taking out his manhood and practicing autoeroticism” outside a university in Catani, reports La Republica. Apparently the case was thrown out !
