Oldest family in the world reveals the secret to their long life


The Donnelly family who are officially the oldest family in the world with a combined age of 1,075 years have revealed that the secret to their long life is
porridge.

The family from Country Armagh which is made up of 13 siblings grew up on a farm eating local produce, from free-range eggs and bacon to their own home grown vegetables.

They have been taking oats because they are delicious, filling and beautiful, particularly with a massive drop of nut butter. They have claimed that it is the daily doze of porridge which they take twice daily that has fueled their long lives.
