Embattled National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Paul Awentami Afoko, on Monday petitioned the National Council of the party against constitutional breaches that led to what the described as the usurpation of his post.
The 14-page petition to the Council, the highest decision-making body after Congress, according to close sources, was received and filed by the party’s General Secretary, Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyepong.
