Police Boss Gets Doctorate Degree from "Fake" University?

News making waves suggests that Inspector General Of Police, (IGP) John Kudalor, has accepted a doctorate degree from an unaccredited University. It is not yet clear when the IGP took a PHD course, and the nature of the programme he read. The Dayspring Christian University is one of four universities listed by Ghana’s National Accreditation Board as not meeting the Board’s accreditation criteria. More here
