The presidential aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo has won the 2016 Presidential and parliamentary General Elections in Ghana. Mr. Akuffo Addo before the Declaration by the Electoral Commission of Ghana, was Phoned by the sitting President H.E John Mahama Congratulating him and conceding defeat. President Elect Nana Akuffo Addo won the polls by a percentage of 53.85% to that of 43.63% by the sitting President.
